Refund options
- If for whatever reason, the document is not accepted for the purpose of import registration, the customer shall notify us about this within 30 days of purchase with a clear explanation. If an amendment of the data is required due to incompleteness or erroneous data, we will deliver an amended version of the document within ten days by email. If for any other reason, the document is not accepted, we will try to resolve the case with the inspection station or tax authorities.
- If we are not able to provide an amended version of the document or if we are unable to resolve the case with the inspection station or tax authorities, we will offer a full refund.
- For other reasons, we do not offer refunds because of the labor involved in creating the product and because the product is non-fungible, as it has been created specifically for the individual vehicle with the specified vehicle identification number.
- Once your amendment request is received and inspected, we will email you the steps we are going to undertake.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Procedures
- Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit- or credit card or original payment method within ten working days.
Cancellation policy
Due to time constraints within vehicle import registrations, we will process an order without delay as soon as the payment has been received. In case, for whatever reason, you would like to cancel the order, it must be done by email within 3 hours of placing the order.
Changes to this Refund Policy
We reserve the right to alter this Refund Policy at any time. Such alterations will be posted on our website. An alteration could occur after an order has been placed. In that case, the version of the Refund policy applies, which was in use at the time of placing the order.
